Another day of PE class brings more sore muscles LOL.

<——- Tommy Tama and my banjo that I passed onto a friend.

I am spoiled -yes I am – I got a webcam! Yeah! I don’t have to use the old night shot security camera with all it’s patched wires.

So of course I had to make a video and try it out.

I discovered in class today that I still have two muscles that are limber (one in each thigh) – and because of this I can still lift my feet up to my ears and act as if I am talking on a telephone – seriously who would have thunk?

I can not bend my ankles, nor squat, but all be danged I can still do that – wacky. The teacher was cracking up.  I was suppose to be using a rope and while on my side stretching until I felt the muscle pull but no matter what I did it never did.   The assistant called over the teach and the teach was like woe your limber there – wish I was too she says LOL. I will trade her the rest of my bod and give up the phone feet talking deal!

Just goes to show me that I still can surprise myself.

So, now you can watch my first video with my webcam.

  3. Can’t believe the bike handle story — crazy!

Good to meet the friends. I think the unnamed dulcimer gal needs a name. You could have a name my gal contest. :)

Look forward to more videos now with the webcam,

Nice video, Jan. I was nice of you to introduce all of your little friends! You have a lovely voice, BTW. (But I’m not hinting that you should sing “Go Tell Aunt Rhody” for us. Really, I’m not!)
