Go figure? I have read all the help posts around the net. Here is the deal. When I log on it just goes right back to the logon screen ugh!! I have checked the database all references to the blog location are correct. The files are all in order. So??? what the … I am glad it is a new blog with only a few posts and no comments! I think the easy way around this is to delete the dang thing and start over. It is just the point of it all. Why is it doing this and what if it happens again?

Yeah, I went to comment over there and it kept trying to make me log in. I was going to leave one on your holiday post…but maybe I’ll link to it instead tomorrow with a post of my own with thoughts on that.
Maybe it’s a cookie thing?
When a web site tosses you back to the login screen when you log in it is almost always related to cookies.
Try deleting ALL cookies in your browser and clearing the cache files. Then log in again.
If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to Firefox.
To figure out why the cookies are an issue, trying searching the support forums for session cookie.
Thank you both. I had deleted all the cookies etc to no avail but magic today, it is working fine (for now). John I will read up on the session cookies – thanks!
