Timing is everything! As I made my way downstairs this morning KRP’s first words were: the TV took a dump.

Seriously, the old Hitachi 46″ is no more. It gave us years of viewing and now – well – it is what it is. Wanna bring down the TV Anthony gave me and use it and I can go back to my 19″? I await anxiously for the answer – and a swear I kept a low profile and held my tongue -and YES here it comes – NO I will call my cousin and see what kind of deal he can get me on a new one.
Can you say Yippee! The answer I wanted to hear. I wuv my new TV and would be fibbing if I told you I really wanted to give it up. So, I got the little 19″ set up downstairs for now – all KRP does with TV most of the time is use it for background noise – well . … the little guy does do that LOL. I must admit the 19″ on the right there does look kind of dwarfed by the old set.
Just so you know I did figure out that the noise is a relay that sends the power to the other components so I guess on of those is the culprit. OH wells

I’m really in the quarry with Fred and Barney. Have an old 20″ that up until a couple years ago didn’t get reception, but was just used for movies.
I can’t count the number of conversations at work that started like, “Hey, did you see…oh, forget it…you’re one of those people.” Ha!
So, admitting that I like to watch movies on humongous television would place me err umm with the
Jetson’s?

Catfish’s surgery put my post on the TV saga on hold – let us just say umm Catfish love to watch the Pink Panther cartoon. Do not ask me why but his favorite color ( and they say dogs do not see color?) is pink – go figure LOL
Anyways he will be watching a very large Pink Panther during his recovery.
