sunshine fence sculptureHello, my name is kmilyun and I have not been posting lately. I am not sure why. Perhaps all the time I have been spending looking at cool photos and reading post over on G+.  Guilty of ignoring the blog!

I started back to school – the adaptive PE and swimming classes.  I sure can tell that I have not been very active exercise wise this summer!  The first day (last week0 was crazy.  All the crazy people driving around totally oblivious to everyone else driving around LOL. It was so nuts that the campus police blocked off the main entrance for a bit – just as i arrived – so I had to go around and use an entrance on the opposite side of the campus from where I needed to be.  Then at every parking lot intersection an officer would point at me and then point to that isle of the lot. I would shake my head no and explain out my window I needed to keep going forward. Most after my insistent statements finally waved me forward. On officer – i am not sure he really understood english well – refused so I finally drove around him and watched in my rear view mirror as he took down my plate info. Crazy!

I am not going to park on the opposite end of the campus when I have a pass that allows me to park smack dang right in front of the portable building that our class is held in.  Crumb as it was I left 30 mins early to account for the first day craziness and still ended up being a few minuets late to class. I was not the only one either. Not sure why they did what the did but . …

I have been reading everyone’s blogs that I am following. Hope your still following too.

hopefully I will get an augh hah and come up with something relevant enough to blog about. Right now I have nothing.

  1. Did you think of waving your handicap badge at him? I’m wondering what the fallout from your act of rebellion will be.

    Am looking forward to setting up a routine of swimming when all calms down. Glad you’re back at PE.

    • Well I have a the license plate version so I dunno. it was crazy they wanted everyone to park in the far lot because it was half empty I guess. The traffic in the middle and toward the side our portable is located is usually full and busy. I got the reason they were trying to do what they were doing but you would think after an explanation? I am still not sure the man really understood english seriously!

      It is amazing how fast swimming can tire me out 🙂 good low impact and I do not have to worry about what happens when I fall LOL just a splash.

      • Swimming wonks me pretty quickly now. I have to remind myself not to kick, or at least much. Makes me slow as molasses but I can last a wee bit longer. Haven’t been in the pool for some time now. May have to start with lane walking.

        Explanations, logic, common sense? They’ve been in short supply in my interactions lately. Kinda scary though from a police officer!

    • You comment is always there ha ha for some reason I have to approve each and everyone of yours if I ever figure out what this dang thing has against you I will for sure fix it!

      • I usually see the post with the “awaiting approval”. This time I didn’t even see that. So, assumed that the first post had entered the other sock dimension.

        • I have no clue why you did not see it? Perhaps over the years all the updates, widgets outdated and deleted, etc. the ole blog is hanging on by threads?

  3. you know… you really have been neglecting all of us readers here… just because you don’t think it’s blog worthy doesn’t mean we think that woman! get with the program already 🙂

    i wish i had the energy and the time to do some PE but alas, that isn’t in the cards for me just yet…

    i hope that the bastard officer doesn’t turn you in to the parking police! i always thought the LP’s with the little man in a wheelchair were pretty universal…. all languages… wonder how he passed the state licensing exam to become an officer… haha

    • Program? there is a program?

      The campus police – umm I think maybe some our just clip board peeps in clothing on the first few busy days. There are a lot of new one so? A few from what I understand are lacking in the logic and common sense department.

      so all I have to share at this moment is that my fingers have not typed three words in a row correctly – how is that for exciting news to print LOL
