As planed I made it out today. After PE Bat Bike and I got reacquainted. Ok, I made it around the complex and then took off for my first ride since multiple sclerosis came into my life. Gosh riding is so much easier than walking. I never would have made the distance I did on the bike if I were on foot. MS Monster take that and well . …
Wore me out but so worth it.
Riding is so much easier than walking and I peddled through the neighborhood and got myself places I have not gone in a long time on my own steam. I just hope that no more MS surprised hit for awhile!!
Can be said that a video saves a thousand words. Excuse the shaky ride video but I just kind of sort of stuck the camera on the handle bars. But I went for the I did it here is the proof factor over good video technique.
