As my four regular readers may have noticed I decided to move my links to sites I use to gather information. I have prunned my links to blogs and sites that I read almost everyday and a couple that I check out once in awhile.

I base this on the premise that blog surfers really do not care what I read. There are only a few blogs that I enjoy the quality of and in turn recieve visits from and I want to encourage the casual surfer that happens to view this blog to visit their sites.

On a whole the blogs I have listed in my sidebar are well written and the authors tend to support their political and social commentaries with links to their sources.

Lately I have not bothered with the grammer. Maybe I will write something real technoweenie or geek like. ..

All I have to say about tonight is Ouch! This is a composite I pieced together just cause.

I take my truck Monday to find out what all is damaged on it and get the estimates. I have to call my agent and see if I am stuck with a deductable because the dingbat had no insurance. Then I have to go to DMV and file some form. I have to somehow get an appointment at Kaiser – this means getting up no later than 6 in the morning so I have half a chance of being seen.

I usually do not use my rental coverage but this time I just might.

I sure hope that the idgit that hit me is having a miserable time without her car. I know this is not really nice but I do not care. Because she had no insurance or registration the young gal and I get to pay with extra headaches. I do not know how insurance companies work this type of thing out but either I or the other gal or both of us will have to pay our deductables. I do not have a deductable on theft fire vandalism but am not sure on the uninsured. I will know on Monday.

The other young lady has to get to school and work without a vehicle. So not only does she have to study for her college classes and work to make ends meet – she now has to use puplic transportation. And that takes a lot of time out of your day.

Somehow I do not think that the idgit is giving either one of us a second of her thoughts. She stated before she left that it was all the other gals fault. Yeah ha ha – it was her car under the back of my truck. The other gal hit her after she hit me but according to her it was our fault. The reason she had no registration was her friends fault. The reason she had no proof of insurance was her kids fault. The whole darn accident was everybody elses fault.

I am so sick of peoples inability to be accountable for their own actions. They refuse to accept the consequences of their own actions. I imagine the reason she left the scene before the police showed up was someone elses fault too.

Ok- now my mind feels better.

Well now I know this does not look real bad but ya know! I got hit at about 55mph by a car that did not brake – I guess the B@#$h thought my truck was the break LOL. Her honda went under my truck. Since she had NO insurance and left in another car before the police arrived – I find great joy in the fact that her car was a total.

Now this really pisses me off. The last month is the first time in two years that I have felt OK. I have been able to ride, fish, and have some fun. Now my neck is messed up, my shoulder is real sore from the seat belt locking up – and my coffee flew out of the cup and into my cd player.

What the pictures can not show is the bent mount on the frame where the brackets go and the scratches inside the bed of the truck where the camper shell slide forward. The spare tire bracket is loose and scratch a little.

anyway: little black honda from Oakland with no insurance LOST!!! Medium white truck from Sacramento rocks on! I feel so sorry for the poor gal that hit the honda after she hit me. She was young, scared, and the worst – she had to call dad and tell him his car was a few inches shorter than of few hours ago. She was so nice and I really felt for her.

I see Kaiser visit in the near future – AAUGH…

All I wanted to do was check out the cell phone plans at Cincular as it is time to redo my plan. I used to work in the car rental field – and everytime one of our vehicles was hit from someone from Oakland they did not have insurance. Take this anyway you want but – what is up with that? I mean accidents do happen but I have nothing but contempt for someone who:

1. Does not even brake
2. Has expired license tags
3. No proof of insurance
4. No registration
5. and leaves some dude with her car and takes off in his.

We are back to the acccountability issue again. Oh yeah, the dude she left wanted me to tell him how much for my bumper and NOT to call the police LOL until then all was well, then the lady who hit me split .. duh – yah think? Another reason to dislike the Oakland Raiders.

Ok, so I am having fun. I decided that all the cool stuff utilizes the K2SVN version. So – I am now using k2SVN and I will see how it goes. I figure between the hackers, spammers, and the usual SQL glitches that SVN could not be that bad LOL. We shall see.

This also allows the blog theme to use the cool little slider at the top to zip through previous posts. Now I can not explain it but I just had to have the silly little bar and the version of TrueBlue that uses this needs the K2SVN. I downloaded the proper items and got SVN’d.

Umm all this for a slider?

Not really type something in the search box and take a look at what happens – way cool!

Now I have to play with the header and come up with one that is of my own making.
