You forgot how to spell W h o? As in Horton hears a HO? Hahhaahahahaaahhha. Well, I’m glad you figured that one out, otherwise you might be really misunderstood. And the post office – well fuck the damned U.S.P.S. – they really screwed the pooch on this one. I, for one, have never had a problem with them. My parents started getting BD written on the front of their mail at one point. They figured that it meant Back Door, because their house was the first on t he block and at the time the mailman delivered most of our block at the back doors. Turned out that it meant Bad Dog, because our dog always barked at the mailman, and he was skeered of him. But then I would be afraid of a big German Shepard who was barking at me, too. But he would never bite. Anyway, they ended up having to move the mailbox to the end of the back yard. Interesting, no?
Swimming is fun. I would have to get a new suit if I went back to the Y. Mine is ‘see-through old.’ So, it’s not gonna happen any time soon.
I guess the mailbox moving sort of makes sense but since I dislike (no detest) the USPS at the moment . …
We have those community mailboxes here.
The rash guard swim stuff is better than the standard swim suits I think. The one KRP found is fairly thick so maybe. But they are designed to fit tight. Bathing suits in general – grrr. one that clings to every defect I dunno gosh I am being to self conscience or maybe shy? I dunno.
We have started getting some of our mail at the UPS box so that is a good thing. It is just amazing how many inconveniences big and small the idiots have created. KRP was much calmer about this whole deal than I until the $check disappeared into postal hell.
How was the Y swim program? Yesterday I wrote down their number and am thinking about calling them so I can have something to do this summer. Then again, KRP is gonna make me go with her to the swim center and my friend wants company so she can worship the sun around her complexes pool.
Ah, I’m in search of a new swim suit so I can go see what I can/cannot do in the water these days. My last swimsuit was falling apart — my sis forbade me to wear it anymore. Apparently I was a bit too much of a sight at the pool — the crippled gal with the suit sagging to her knees!
Good luck finding a swim program that works. And, yeah, swimming naked in a mountain lake is the best.
LOL I way so to shy to swim naked in front of others but a nice secluded mountain lake – that is doable ๐
My friend and I are gonna look like the old gimps but we will doing in style – not sure whose style? – I suppose the coolness police will have a field day with us . …
