Here I am wonder why, oh why, and how did I ever get talked into this: Photowalking in Sacramento with The Scoble Show. I am not good with new situations that involve – gasp – people – really.
I have just started taking photographs other than those snapped off on a vacation or fishing trip. If you ever have read my blog you know I just purchased a Nikon D80 with a 55-200mm lens,, an AF-s DX Zoom Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED to be exact. I really do not need to be exact because I really only have a vague clue as to what that all means! Can you say MAJOR NOVICE or sub novice – well yes you could.
Here is how I ended up doing this: Drumsnwhistles at odd times signatures wanted to go and can not. She has been the one person who has helped me no matter how stupid or silly the question was. She helped me decide on what camera I should purchase. She helps me with the what button was that questions. She even explained to me how to do some of the Flickr stuff step by step mind you! I thought it would be fun to meet if she made it to Sacramento but then it turned out she can not attend. Next thing you know I have the information in my email box. Now, I have to go! 🙂 LOL
So, I want my Fear Factor Points if I make it there. Clicking all the names on the list of people who are attending and looking at their photos (read way way way way better than us average gals) has not helped. So, if I get there, stay there, and am brave enough to bring out my camera a major opening for ending up looking as photographcally ( is that a word?) challenged as I am, and take a picture as proof – I want my Fear Factor Points – you know where you hear – obviously _____ fear was not a factor for you!

I hereby grant you Fear Factor points. 🙂 You’ll have lots of fun…trust me. Just remember to bring a tripod..handheld will be difficult. 🙂
Have cheap tripod and can travel 🙂
also have Chucks mono pod with a real fancy head on it but I can not figure out how to get the short legs on the bottom to come out so it becomes a strange tripod LOL. If the head fits on mine I am switching for the day :).
I have the three lenses and my camera – emmm now what to do with em ha ha
