Might want to be careful with generic household ant sprays. First of all I’m not in the pest control business I just have been through this several times. When you see ants in your house that is typically less than 1-5% of the total volume of ants. The rest stay in the nest that is typically located in a wall, roof or attic. We have had huge success with a professional pest control company (Orkin, etc) when we have had this problem. They do these 3 prong approach tactic where they bait for both the inside and outside of the house and they spray the foundation of the house to prevent further anys from entering. Just FYI.

  2. Karla,

Thank you for visiting and your reply.

My main problem is the ants are now only coming in from a common wall of our townhouse. The neighbor is not open to doing anything on their side and the association is not spraying right now to save money ๐Ÿ™

These are the neighbors from %$#&. I am going to bring it up at our next association board meeting and try and force the issue as they can gain access to their yard legally and spray.

We have stopped the intrusion from all directions except their backyard wall that is our kitchen wall. I am assuming that my six legged buddies have a city along the foundation over there.

I guess I will start naming them.
