Google Me This, Google Me That, Bush Uses -The Google-

Yesterday Maria Bartiromo asked President Bush: “Have you ever Googled anybody? Do you use Google?” Here’s his answer

“Occasionally. One of the things I’ve used on the Google is to pull up maps. It’s very interesting to see…. I’ve forgot the name of the program … but you get the satellite, and you can — like, I kinda like to look at the ranch. It remind me of where I wanna be sometimes.”

The video of this is all over the net – just to “The Google”.

  1. Too funny. My DSL bit the bullet and they say – the nice not so fluent in english woman said – call me in 24hrs. if I do not hear from them then call em back LOL lots of the automated computer voice commands stuff say ok or no – I did not understand you 🙁 type stuff. The representative was really nice and all but what the @#$% I found a phone cord, hooked up the pc and got here via the old modem way. It is slow … slow … snail crawl slow.

Plus (whine warning) I use my laptop via wireless from downstairs wah wah wah. I do not even want to try and share the modem connection. I might have to read a good book. I have not kept up on the latest and greatest with the quantum teleportation break thru as I would like to have. Info on the research from Denmark was my next cyber stop. Kind of cool – the stuff startrek was made of.

Atoms in an isolated glass container of gas (caesium) became quantum correlated with atoms when first interacted with a strong pulse. Then the pulse travelled 50 centimeters (bout 20 inches) where it was mixed with small beam …
anyway kind of cool because not only did the matter make it but so did the info great if you want quatum computing but not such a big deal for transporting my ass to a nice sunny beach across the ocean somewhere.

Back to the book – if I get off my lazy bum and go to the store I was thinking about picking up The Fellowship by John Gribbin. Right now I guess I will go back to la la snooze land.
